Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure accurate processing at our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
